This can be printed without supports but some trimming will be needed under the top loop. Slicer settings and supports can prevent this but as-shown it is without supports. Thinner layer heights work well for all the curves and contours on this vase.

Should hold water and soil fine but please do a water test to confirm you dont have leaks before filling. Clear sealant can be used on the inside should you have any issues.
