Simple filament adapter for bambu AMS. This is for filament produced by https://polarfilament.com/ which IMHO is decent inexpensive filament. The cardboard rolls of course don't fit in the AMS. With this adapter they will. They have a REALLY nice selection of UV filaments there which is how I found out about them. I have no affiliation.

This spool mount comes in two versions. Single piece (you'll need to print on another printer) or multiple pieces that prints on a KPS3 and you'll need to screw it together. M3 screws are used for assembly (I also recommend some glue). M5 and T-Nuts are used to attached to the top of the KPS3.
This spool holder aims to put the weight of the spool directly down so it does not cause vibrations when printing. I've been using this since I got the printer and works very well.

Today I am introducing the filament calibration cylinder. Calibrate your filament for more precise prints. This calibration test will allow you test and calibrate important settings such as flow compensation, cooling, and horizontal expansion. This test prints quickly and makes calibrating your filament and print fun. Print the cylinder at 0% infill, 3 walls and use cooling at 100%. Your 3D Printer will be happy you calibrated it.

3D Printer owners know that from time to time a print goes bad and filament attaches itself to the nozzle. I have seen many nozzles where plastic has baked on over and over again. My nozzle stays squeaky clean thanks to a nozzle brush I created based on a nozzle brush my friend Jesse was using from the Colorado Printing Project.
The idea came about at a Maker Faire when he was talking about the nozzle brush he obtained at a MRRF. The material in the brush he claimed was the best out there. It reminded me of the felt moving pads that often come with your rental truck. From there I went on a hunt to find something that would make the ultimate nozzle brush. I found that Amazon carried the moving pads but they were costly and far more than I would have needed for 1000 nozzle brushes let alone the few I was going to produce. I settled for these felt pads that proved to be outstanding for this nozzle brush.

Jumbo Sized Heated 3D Printer Filament Dry Box / Hot Box. If you have many spools a filament and are struggling to keep them dry and climate controlled this video will show you how to use a storage tub and a few other parts to keep things fresh! The dry box contains a heater to keep the filament warm along with desiccant and a PID controller for the heater. Store 30 rolls or more of filament in just one box!
